Refunds & Cancellations

This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for Comply DP services. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
1) Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months, and fees paid for the current month remain non-refundable.
2) Non-Refundable Services
Consulting services, custom implementations, completed audits, and one-time GAP assessments are non-refundable once purchased or initiated.
3) Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify services. If changes materially affect you, you may cancel without penalty within 30 days of notification.
