Refund and cancellation terms for ComplyDP services and the Annual Compliance Package.
1) Annual Compliance Package
Annual subscriptions (Continuous Compliance Starter or Growth) are prepaid for 12 months. You may cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date — access continues until the paid period ends. Mid-year cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the annual fee. Add-on entity subscriptions follow the same annual terms.
2) One-Time Packages
Disclosure Readiness and add-on services (domain scans, DPA reviews, training) are non-refundable once delivery has started. Readiness Program and Enterprise engagements are governed by your signed statement of work.
3) Self-Serve Checkout
Payments via secure checkout (card, UPI, netbanking) receive a GST invoice within 24 hours. Failed or duplicate charges: contact privacy@complydp.com within 7 days.
