Consulting role to connect client systems, extract metadata, and support DPDP data-discovery programmes.
About the role
This is a consulting engagement, separate from Integration Engineer - 1 and Integration Engineer - 2, who build ComplyDP’s product connectors. You do the same integration work on client systems: where data sits, how it is classified, and how it reaches the compliance workflow.
You will pair with DPDP consultants on engagements. The useful work is pipelines, SQL, and APIs that produce evidence, not slideware about a platform you only configured.
What you will do
- Connect client cloud and on-premise systems for discovery and evidence exports
- Extract schemas and metadata, and keep those extracts reliable across an engagement
- Build Python or SQL pipelines for classification, sampling, and handoff into ComplyDP
- Debug integration failures on client systems and document what the connector actually did
- Work with DPDP consultants so technical findings map to notices, rights, and retention
What you bring
- Hands-on integration experience, including data integration
- Python, SQL, and REST APIs used on real systems
- Experience with databases and at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Comfort explaining findings to privacy and legal teammates
- Ability to work with the Bengaluru team across client engagements
