DPDP Professional

Run DPDP implementation inside ComplyDP: notices, rights, vendor risk, and evidence that holds up in practice.
About the role
This is a team role, not a client-advisory engagement. You operationalise the DPDP Act and Rules with engineers: notices, consent, Data Principal Rights, retention, and processor due diligence.
Statute-aware judgment shapes the product. You do not need to be an enrolled advocate. You do need to keep the software faithful to the Act and usable for the teams who rely on it.
What you will do
- Lead notice, consent, DSR, and grievance implementation for client programmes
- Map the Act and Rules to product checks, remediation advice, and evidence exports
- Run assessments and vendor or processor risk reviews
- Turn scan findings into prioritised plans legal and security teams can share
- Flag interpretive risk when product or research claims go beyond the statute
What you bring
- Hands-on privacy, GRC, or DPDP programme experience
- Working knowledge of the DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025
- Clear writing for legal and business audiences
- Comfort working with engineers on product and evidence design
- Based in Bengaluru, with ownership of delivery
